Welcome to our new and upgraded website. Here are the highlights:-

1. We can edit the page whenever and whichever way we want. So please send in your pictures, videos, surgical tips and we will keep on uploading them.

2. The members directory is raw and needs to be updated. Please send me your mail IDs and phone numbers and they will be updated.

3. We have a column of achievers, where we will put up your names and achievements as soon you inform any of the convenors of your achievements.

4. Three KASS fellowships are on offer this year. Everybody is invited to apply for the fellowship programs. You can also start a KASS fellowship at your institution, and we will help you with our resources.

5. There is a surgical tips page where we would like you to share special tricks of diagnosis, treatment and surgery which you have found useful. Please talk to any of the conveners of how your tip and photo can be included.

6. This site has been designed to advance and share our knowledge, as much as advertise and propagate our events. So please use it well.

7. A new website www.kasscourse.com has been started to highlight our events throughout the year.

KASS Team is currently gearing up for our annual conference - KASSCON 2015.

Its been the philosophy of this forum to concentrate on particular regions and discuss it threadbare in each year's conference. Last year we focussed on FOOT AND ANKLE. This year the theme is ADULT HIP SALVAGE.

This is probably the first HIP PRESERVATION COURSE in India. Its going to be unique because we are focussed on Trauma, Arthroplasty, Arthroscopy, Sawbone workshop, Cadaveric surgeries etc - which means its going to be a comprehensive program on adult hips which no other conference has yet addressed.

It has also been the forum's vision to understand and absorb various treatment philosophies from different continents. Keeping that in mind, eminent faculty from UK, USA, Chile, Japan and Singapore have been invited. And the three day program has been packed with panel discussions, debates, and case presentations more than didactic lectures. Hope to see all orthopods there to take advantage of this FIRST OF ITS KIND COURSE.
